About the role

CodeVertex Talent is looking for an entry‑level Data Entry Operator to support accurate data maintenance and documentation quality in a fully remote environment. This position ensures internal information is organized, reliable, and ready for business use.

Key responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain accurate records across internal systems, spreadsheets, and workflow tools.
• Review submitted information for completeness, correct formatting, duplicate records, and basic consistency.
• Organize digital files and keep documentation aligned with internal process standards.
• Communicate task status, missing information, and exceptions clearly with team leads.
• Protect customer, applicant, business, and operational information with strict confidentiality.
