About the role
CodeVertex Innovations is looking for an entry‑level Data Entry Clerk to join its fully remote team. You will support daily data handling, record updates, and documentation workflows while ensuring information remains accurate and secure.
Key responsibilities
- Support day‑to‑day workflows, maintain internal records, and coordinate across functions.
- Ensure documentation is accurate, up‑to‑date, and stored in the proper systems.
- Communicate updates, questions, and status clearly with team stakeholders.
- Protect sensitive business, customer, employee, or financial information.
- Contribute to reliable, organized, and accurate remote execution of tasks.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and reliability.
- Ability to work remotely with ownership and follow‑through.
- Comfortable operating in a structured company environment.
- Experience managing documentation, records, or operational tasks accurately.
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
