Entry-Level Data Analyst – Manufacturing

About the role

We are looking for an entry‑level Data Analyst to join Ericsson’s Manufacturing team in Lewisville, Texas. The role focuses on turning raw data into actionable insights that drive operational improvements and support business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to uncover trends and patterns.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualisations using BI tools.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to define data requirements and deliver insights.
• Perform statistical analysis and predictive modelling to aid decision‑making.
• Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor business performance.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across reporting solutions.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements based on data findings.
• Work with IT and engineering teams to enhance data infrastructure and accessibility.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or visualisation.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Detail‑oriented, forward‑thinking and adaptable to change.
