Entry Level Business Development Representative

About the role

Bisnow is looking for an energetic Entry Level Business Development Representative to join its Commercial Real Estate Advertising and Event Sales team in Los Angeles. You will work closely with senior sales staff to generate new sponsorship opportunities, support event production, and build relationships with marketing decision‑makers across the CRE industry.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new sponsorship leads via phone, email and inbound inquiries.
• Assist the sales team in scheduling meetings, preparing proposals and closing contracts.
• Collaborate with the event production department to design sponsor‑friendly programs.
• Maintain a pipeline of prospects and track activity against daily, weekly and monthly KPIs.
• Stay informed on industry trends and contribute fresh topic ideas for events.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with internship or coursework experience in sales, marketing or related fields.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn sales processes.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment (3‑4 days onsite, 1‑2 days remote).
• Motivation to progress to a Business Manager role.
