Entry-Level Business Analyst – Strategy & Innovation

About the role

We are seeking an entry‑level Business Analyst to join Apollo’s Strategy & Innovation team in Atlanta. The role supports the development and execution of initiatives that scale operations, improve efficiency, and drive growth across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to design and implement strategies that expand business operations.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Track performance metrics for strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Analyze existing processes, identify improvement opportunities, and propose innovative solutions.
• Support cross‑functional teams in executing projects, meeting milestones and objectives.
• Prepare detailed reports, business cases, and presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovations that could affect growth strategy.
• Generate data‑driven insights to guide decision‑making and strategic planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Strategy or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in business analysis, strategy, or relevant internships.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with data interpretation skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to work well in a team.
• Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
