About the role

We are seeking a compassionate, driven entry‑level personal injury attorney to join our purpose‑driven legal team in Winter Haven, FL. You will manage a caseload of personal injury cases, provide counsel, and grow under the mentorship of senior trial attorneys.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of personal injury cases with guidance from senior attorneys.
• Conduct client interviews, evaluate claims, and provide compassionate legal counsel.
• Draft pleadings, discovery, and correspondence with precision and professionalism.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance adjusters.
• Participate in depositions, mediations, and hearings as part of professional development.
• Negotiate settlements that protect and empower clients.
• Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure timely case progress.
• Maintain organized case files and uphold firm standards of excellence.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented and highly organized.
