Entry Level Account Manager

About the role

Universal Energy Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic Entry Level Account Manager to join our growing team in the Dallas/Richardson area. This position offers exposure to sales, campaign management, recruiting, human resources, and team development within the energy solutions sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts.
• Support senior sales staff in generating new business opportunities.
• Assist with campaign planning and execution.
• Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and team development activities.
• Collaborate with senior executives on daily strategy planning.

Required profile

• 4‑year degree or relevant experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Positive energy, sense of humor, and ability to work well in a team.
• Goal‑focused, results‑oriented, and ready to start immediately.
• Willingness to commute to the Richardson/Dallas location.
