Enterprise Strategy Leader - Clinical Data

About the role

Veeva Systems is looking for an Enterprise Strategy Leader to grow its Clinical Data business with leading pharmaceutical companies. The role drives market strategy, adoption, and customer success for Veeva’s Electronic Data Capture (EDC) and Data Quality System (DQS) solutions, working closely with sales and product teams worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Clinical Data vision, growing and sustaining the customer base.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders across pharma, CROs, and technology partners.
• Leverage professional networks to drive adoption and create value‑oriented materials for sponsors.
• Provide thought leadership, sales support, and business/technology guidance for product enhancements.
• Stay current on industry trends, present at conferences, lead webinars, and author industry articles.

Required profile

• 10+ years in clinical research or healthcare data flow.
• Experience in a product company in a customer‑facing role, preferably sales or positioning.
• Industry data management or consulting background.
• Strong communication, creative thinking, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to innovate across business processes and technology solutions.
• Deep understanding of clinical data trends, global product development, clinical trial processes, and regulations.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and presentations.
