Enterprise Customer Success Manager, Nursing Health Education

About the role

The Enterprise Customer Success Manager (eCSM) will act as a trusted adviser for nursing health education customers, ensuring they derive maximum value from our digital product. You will partner with sales, implementation, and cross‑functional teams to design and execute tailored success plans.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with administrators, faculty, and students to understand their goals and needs.
• Translate stakeholder objectives into a comprehensive Customer Success plan.
• Maintain and refine customer data throughout the partnership lifecycle.
• Serve as the primary customer advocate, managing issues and driving resolution.
• Deliver onboarding training and product‑value conversations.
• Provide high‑level service and develop innovative solutions to meet business needs.

• Prior experience in customer success or related client‑facing roles.
