Enterprise Account Manager – US West

About the role

Coder is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to expand its customer base across the United States West region. You will introduce Coder’s AI‑centric development platform to large enterprises and demonstrate the value it brings to their engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build and close a strong pipeline of enterprise accounts with large engineering organizations.
• Generate qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound leads.
• Lead compelling demos that differentiate Coder and clearly communicate its value.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineers to deliver thorough technical evaluations.
• Partner with decision‑makers and technical stakeholders throughout the sales cycle.
• Travel up to 15 % to support deals and maintain customer relationships.

Required profile

• 5+ years of software sales experience with a strong prospecting background.
• 3+ years selling into Fortune 500 companies.
• Experience engaging with software engineering leaders and technical decision‑makers.
• Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, platform engineering, and developer tools.
• Familiarity with GenAI and agentic development tools such as Cursor, Claude, Windsurf, Goose, and Copilot.
• Proven track record of exceeding quota and pipeline goals.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 15 %.
