Enterprise Account Executive

About the role

Reducto is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to own the full sales cycle for large, complex accounts. The role is remote within North America and focuses on driving revenue for Reducto’s AI‑powered document platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end enterprise sales from targeted outbound prospecting through close.
• Navigate multi‑threaded deals involving technical evaluators, security/legal review, procurement, and economic buyers.
• Partner with engineering and founders to run technical proofs‑of‑concept and pilots.
• Develop and continuously refine the enterprise sales playbook.
• Provide product and market feedback to leadership based on customer interactions.

Required profile

• Proven track record exceeding targets in enterprise B2B SaaS sales, preferably with technical or AI/ML solutions.
• Strong execution focus and ability to drive deals from prospecting to close.
• Strategic thinker who can identify customer pain points and articulate value to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset, comfortable working with cross‑functional teams and founders.

Required skills

• Enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience.
• Technical acumen in AI/ML and document processing solutions.
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts.
