Enrollment Specialist

About the role

DelRicht is looking for an Enrollment Specialist to connect patients to clinical trials across its site network. This on‑site, phone‑based recruiting role focuses on following up with warm leads and helping move medicine forward through patient enrollment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct compassionate outbound calls to prospective patients, screening for eligibility and interest in clinical trial opportunities.
• Manage a high volume of outbound calls with precision and urgency.
• Maintain working knowledge of study indications and patient requirements.
• Collaborate closely with clinic and recruitment teams to meet enrollment goals for clinical trials.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of professional experience in a customer‑facing role.
• People‑oriented with compassionate phone communication skills.
• Willingness to share rotating Saturday coverage.
• Self‑motivated, energetic, positive and resilient in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience in high‑volume, metric‑driven outbound call environments (e.g., sales, call center, collections, banking, customer service).
