Enrollment Coach (Tier 1/2/3)

About the role

The Enrollment Coach serves as the first point of contact for prospective online learners, guiding them through the recruitment and application process for fully online degree programs. Working within a collaborative team, the coach helps convert inquiries into qualified applicants and ultimately enrolled students.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to incoming phone calls, emails, and web‑based interest forms from prospective students.
• Maintain targeted response times and accuracy across multiple communication channels.
• Track and report on outreach metrics, ensuring daily goals are met.
• Coordinate with admissions, financial aid, faculty, and Student Success Coaches to facilitate the enrollment pipeline.
• Manage prospective student records and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders.
• Continuously seek feedback and coaching to improve recruitment effectiveness.
