Enrollment Coach Team Lead

About the role

This leadership position supports the application, recruitment and enrollment processes for prospective online learners. The Team Lead serves as the primary point‑of‑contact for online students and assists the manager in supervising a team of Enrollment Coaches.

Key responsibilities

• Support and supervise a team of Enrollment Coaches, set performance goals, provide training, and conduct regular coaching sessions (30%).
• Act as the first line of online recruitment, respond to inquiries across phone, email and web forms, and guide prospects through the admissions pipeline (30%).
• Coordinate with admissions, financial aid, faculty and other university units to ensure seamless logistics for online prospects (20%).
• Utilize CRM, LMS and other technology systems to track the student journey and manage a personal lead database (10%).
• Participate in continuous professional development to maintain high customer‑service standards (5%).
• Perform other duties as assigned (5%).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least three years of experience in customer service, sales, recruitment or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, train and motivate a team.
• Strong communication skills and a focus on delivering a seamless learner experience.

Required skills

• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
