About the role
Parsons is seeking an Engineering/Assembly Technician to assemble, troubleshoot, and test electronic equipment as part of its Federal Solutions team.
Key responsibilities
- Assemble, troubleshoot, and test a variety of existing electronic products.
- Assist in prototype builds and fabricate sub‑assemblies and cable harnesses.
- Inspect, package outgoing products and prepare or update documentation.
- Interface with component vendors and perform PCB rework.
Required profile
- Associate’s Degree in Engineering Technology or related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- US citizenship.
Required skills
- Experience with soldering for wire splicing or PCB rework.
- Cable harness assembly experience.
- Proficiency with the MS Office Suite.
Desired skills
- IPC certification for soldering.
- Experience with 3D printing or laser etching software.

- Salary range $22.93 – $40.14 (hourly).
