Engineering Technician – 2nd Shift

About the role

As an Engineering Technician on the 2nd shift, you will provide manufacturing engineering support for Bosch Rexroth’s mobile hydraulics applications. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, and performing mechanical and electrical maintenance on production equipment to ensure reliable operation.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues on shift equipment.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and corrective repairs.
• Document maintenance activities and report recurring problems.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve equipment reliability.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor.

Required profile

• Technical secondary education or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work independently during the 2nd shift.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills to interact with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance.
