Engineer III (Frontend)

About the role

As a Frontend Engineer III you will apply engineering principles and programming expertise to design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions for end users. You will work within a cross‑functional product team, enjoying greater autonomy and ownership while making data‑driven decisions based on customer feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor junior and mid‑level engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering continuous learning.
• Design and implement complex software solutions with focus on scalability, maintainability, reusability, and architectural best practices.
• Identify and reduce technical debt through code refactoring, architecture improvements, and advocacy of best practices.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to ensure efficient design solutions and knowledge sharing.
• Create clear, concise, and comprehensive technical specifications for complex systems.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies for adoption, considering project requirements and long‑term vision.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging technologies and actively participate in knowledge‑sharing initiatives.
• Ensure software quality by identifying and rectifying defects while validating specifications.
• Develop and execute quality control processes to meet established quality standards.
