Engineer – Data Analytics & Digital Transformation

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Engineer to join the Combination Product Operations Digital and Data Strategy team. The role bridges data analytics and digital transformation, helping to improve efficiency, speed, and cost‑effectiveness across product development and distribution.

Key responsibilities

• Retrieve, clean, and preprocess data from databases, APIs, and flat files.
• Perform exploratory analysis, develop dashboards and visualizations using Spotfire, Power BI, or custom apps, and communicate insights to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Support digital platform initiatives, including feature development, testing, documentation of data models, and enablement of a digital thread across product development.
• Advocate for FAIR data principles and act as a data steward to ensure data consistency and usability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify process improvements, digitalize workflows, and drive adoption of digital tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, digital systems, or similar technical roles.

Required skills

• Python or R for data processing and analysis.
• SQL and data querying.
• Data visualization tools such as Tableau, Spotfire, or Power BI.
