Engagement Manager

About the role

As an Engagement Manager you will partner with large enterprise clients to drive adoption of the LexisNexis Dynamic Decision Platform and Risk Solutions. You will lead end‑to‑end implementation projects, act as the primary point of contact and ensure clients achieve measurable improvements in efficiency and fraud protection.

Key responsibilities

• Travel up to 30% of the time to client sites, maintaining a valid passport.
• Design, govern and execute implementation projects for the LexisNexis Risk Solutions suite.
• Serve as the main point of contact, managing all phases of the engagement from kickoff to delivery.
• Collaborate with Strategic Account Managers to identify integration opportunities and expand solution usage.
• Prepare and deliver quarterly business reviews and performance presentations to executives and business owners.
• Track project KPIs, timelines and resource allocation using MS Project or similar tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Expert‑level consultative and communication skills, able to convey technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Strong analytical mindset with curiosity for new problem‑solving approaches.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with account managers, fraud analysts and technical consultants.
• Willingness to travel and hold a valid passport.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and issue resolution.
• Experience with MS Project or comparable project‑management software.
