About the role

We are expanding our founding partnerships team at Chai Discovery, a leader in AI‑driven drug discovery. The Engagement Manager will ensure our collaborations with top pharmaceutical companies are successful, healthy, and drive rapid progress toward the clinic.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with scientists to advance multiple concurrent drug discovery programs.
• Serve as a trusted thought partner, helping partners rethink operating models with AI.
• Synthesize insights into actionable intelligence for product and strategy development.
• Maintain partnership health, meet timelines, and exceed expectations.

Required profile

• Demonstrated resourcefulness, integrity, and execution with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships, keep projects on schedule, and communicate clearly.
• Experience in scientific or biopharma environments (preferred) or strong transferable skills.
• Low‑ego, high‑EQ, mission‑driven attitude.
