Energy Incentives & Credits Manager – Specialized Tax Services

About the role

PwC is seeking a Manager to lead its Specialized Tax Services practice focused on energy incentives and tax credits. You will advise clients on complex tax matters, including accounting methods, fixed‑assets, and research & development credits, helping them navigate regulations and optimise their tax positions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead workstreams dedicated to energy incentives and tax credits.
• Guide teams in strategic planning, execution, and budgeting of tax initiatives.
• Apply technical expertise in tax modelling and legislation to improve client outcomes.
• Develop and deploy tax strategies for niche areas such as R&D tax credits.
• Maintain client relationships and deliver tailored tax advice.
• Promote innovative technologies and best practices within the tax service line.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, PwC standards, and professional codes.

Required profile

• At least a Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Professional credential such as CPA, Bar membership, or equivalent tax/finance qualification.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop team members.

Required skills

• Tax modelling.
• Strong knowledge of tax legislation.
