Employee Housing Attendant

About the role

The Employee Housing Attendant supports the Gozzer Ranch community by ensuring a safe, welcoming, and well‑maintained living environment for all staff. Working onsite in downtown Coeur d'Alene, you will be the primary point of contact for employee housing needs and help create a positive experience for every resident.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional service to all employees and address housing‑related inquiries via phone, email, or in‑person.
• Document and track all requests, escalating issues to the appropriate channels when necessary.
• Assist management with pre‑season preparations, including cleaning, laundry, maintenance, and project completion for the Ranch House.
• Maintain daily supervision of occupied employee housing, ensuring a safe and respectful environment.
• Perform general cleaning, organization, and upkeep of the property according to daily checklists.
• Foster an inclusive community, promote well‑being, and uphold the company’s core values.
