Emergency Response Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an Emergency Response Coordinator to be the first point of contact for homeowners and businesses facing fire, water, storm, or other property emergencies. This fast‑paced sales role combines rapid response, relationship building, and uncapped earning potential.

Key responsibilities

• Respond quickly to real‑time emergency leads involving fire, water, storm, and other property damage.
• Meet with impacted homeowners, property managers, and business decision‑makers to understand their needs and guide them through initial steps.
• Coordinate mitigation and reconstruction opportunities with customers and internal teams.
• Build strong relationships with homeowners, property managers, insurance professionals, and other key decision‑makers.
• Conduct in‑person consultations, identify additional service opportunities, and prepare customer care kits.
• Prospect within assigned territory, conduct market research, and maintain consistent follow‑up with prospects and referral partners.
• Meet or exceed weekly sales activity, appointment, and meeting goals while accurately tracking interactions.

Required profile

• Strong sales, closing, and relationship‑building skills with a confident, professional communication style.
• Ability to build trust quickly with customers in stressful situations and a strong sense of urgency.
• Highly self‑motivated, resilient, persistent, and comfortable working independently.
• Organizational and follow‑up skills, comfortable in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
