About the role
Applied Intuition is seeking a recent graduate to join its embedded software team and help build the next‑generation vehicle platform. You will work on production‑grade computers, integrate vendor components, and develop safety‑critical real‑time applications.
Key responsibilities
- Integrate vendor hardware components into a common software framework, handling low‑level communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, I2C, SPI, and UART.
- Design, implement, and test RTOS‑based applications for real‑time embedded environments.
- Write high‑quality, safety‑critical C code and perform code reviews.
- Support hardware bring‑up, including low‑level board and SoC debugging.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to productionize custom software on new devices.
Required profile
- BS/BA, MS, or PhD in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, graduating by December 2026 or Summer 2027.
- Strong background in embedded software development using C/C++ and assembly.
- Experience with low‑level hardware debugging and bring‑up.
- Self‑starter attitude with the ability to quickly learn new tools and work in a fast‑paced environment.
