About the role

Key responsibilities

• Build positive student relationships through core values and social‑emotional learning.
• Implement, differentiate, and assess lesson plans aligned with Vista’s curriculum.
• Facilitate school‑wide systems and procedures that reflect the school culture.
• Collaborate on curriculum planning, professional development, and school events.
• Communicate regularly with students, families, and colleagues.
• Analyze student data to address learning needs and ensure mastery.
• Refine instructional practices using Vista’s teacher performance rubric.
• Participate in annual staff training and community‑building activities.
