About the role

Prep Academy Tutors seeks an enthusiastic Elementary School Teacher to provide in‑person academic tutoring for K‑12 students in Middlesex County. The role involves delivering personalized support aligned with the state curriculum and fostering student growth.

Key responsibilities

Provide academic support based on state curriculum expertise.
Assign supplemental work to deepen material understanding.
Offer remedial and enrichment assistance.
Communicate student progress with parents or guardians.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree with at least one of the listed teaching qualifications.
Valid Massachusetts teaching certificate, or be a student teacher, or have 2+ years private/charter teaching experience, or university lecturing/TA experience.
Energetic, enthusiastic, and committed to excellent customer service.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse learning styles.
