Electronics & Integrated Systems General Manager

About the role

Moog is seeking a Business Unit General Manager to lead the Electronics & Integrated Systems Business Unit within its Space Division. The role reports to the Senior Vice President of the Space Division and is responsible for the full profit‑and‑loss performance of the unit, guiding it through a transition to a unified operating model.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Business Unit P&L, including revenue, profit, on‑time delivery, quality and safety metrics.
• Lead and develop a cross‑functional leadership team covering Engineering, Operations, Program Management, Supply Chain, Quality and Business Development.
• Drive strategic growth, operational alignment and customer partnership across multiple locations.
• Foster a talent‑focused culture that attracts, engages and retains top performers.
• Collaborate with other Business Unit General Managers to eliminate silos and integrate workflows.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience managing a complex, multi‑disciplinary business unit.
• Strong financial acumen with responsibility for full P&L ownership.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large teams across multiple sites.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
