Electro‑Mechanical Technician – 2nd Shift

About the role

The Electro‑Mechanical Technician works on the 2nd shift to keep production equipment running at peak performance. You will be responsible for both mechanical and electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across a food‑processing plant.

Key responsibilities

• Service, diagnose, and repair production equipment, including pneumatics, hydraulics, chain/belt drives, bearings, gearboxes, pumps, valves, fasteners, seals and gaskets.
• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems such as power distribution, AC/DC motors, transformers, PLC logic, VFDs and instrumentation while following LOTO and safety procedures.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance according to schedule, record work in SAP and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED required; a two‑year technical degree in Industrial or Electromechanical Maintenance, Robotics or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years experience in a manufacturing environment (food industry preferred) and 1+ years industrial electrical/controls experience preferred.

• Pay rate of $35.57 per hour (up to $38.96 with shift differential) and bonus eligibility.
