About the role
As an Electrician at Reliable Safety & Flow Corporation, you will install, repair and maintain a wide variety of electrical equipment and circuitry in a manufacturing environment. The role requires solid knowledge of the electrical trade and an understanding of plant operating principles to ensure safe and reliable equipment performance.
Key responsibilities
- Repair, maintain and replace electric motors (no live electrical work).
- Maintain associated equipment for motors, including programmable drives.
- Install and repair electronic equipment, including PLC programming.
- Maintain and install electrical services throughout the facility (lighting, HVAC, etc.).
- Install new equipment, mount fixtures, run conduit, pull wire, and connect wiring.
- Troubleshoot electrical breakdowns and perform preventative maintenance on plant equipment.
- Complete required documentation for all work performed.
Required profile
- Ability to work on up to 480V 3‑phase systems (higher voltage experience a plus).
- Industrial or manufacturing PLC experience.
- Experience with motor programmable drives.
- Proven conduit installation and machine‑move experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent; electrical schooling and/or apprenticeship required.
- Physical ability to meet job demands and willingness to obtain a tow‑motor license, LOTO, and confined‑space training.
