Electrician Foreman

About the role

Spark Power Corp USA is looking for an experienced Electrician Foreman to lead electrical construction, maintenance, and service projects in the Reno, Nevada area. You will ensure safety, quality, and timely completion while representing the company’s professional image.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise installation of electrical systems, panels, wiring, junction boxes, devices, terminations, and lighting.
• Enforce safety standards and lead by example on the job site.
• Inspect crew work for quality assurance and compliance with codes.
• Communicate with customers to gather requirements, develop plans, and oversee execution.
• Prepare reports and relay information to branch staff.
• Make decisions independently based on code knowledge and experience.

Required profile

• 5+ years of electrical experience in industrial, commercial, or institutional settings.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA and NEC electrical codes.
• Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and team members.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
