Electrical Superintendent

About the role

Our client, a leading electrical contractor, is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial and mission‑critical projects in the Phoenix, Arizona market. The role demands a hands‑on leader who can coordinate crews, ensure safety, and deliver high‑quality results on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all electrical field operations on assigned projects.
• Lead foremen, electricians, subcontractors, and other field personnel.
• Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and meets quality standards.
• Monitor productivity and workforce planning to meet project milestones.
• Coordinate with project management, engineering, and other trades to resolve field issues.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and enforce OSHA standards.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, progress updates, and field documentation.
• Identify and proactively resolve job‑site challenges to minimize delays.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Extensive experience supervising electrical construction projects.
• Background managing commercial, mission‑critical, or large‑scale electrical installations.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to work on‑site in the Phoenix area.

Required skills

• Interpretation of construction drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, installation methods, and applicable codes.
• Working knowledge of OSHA safety regulations.
