Electrical Project Manager - National Projects

About the role

Dubak Electrical Group LLC is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead national electrical construction projects across heavy commercial and light industrial sectors. You will own the full project lifecycle, from business development and estimating through execution and closeout, ensuring scope, cost, schedule, safety, and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage electrical construction projects from pre‑construction through closeout.
• Lead budgeting, scheduling, change management, and cost tracking.
• Oversee subcontractors, labor resources, and field supervision.
• Coordinate multi‑trade installation methods (electrical, mechanical, civil, structural).
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements.
• Maintain strong client relationships and pursue new business opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver technical documents, proposals, and presentations.
• Provide value‑engineering analysis to optimize cost and efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in industrial/commercial electrical project management.
• Expertise in electrical systems with general knowledge of mechanical, civil, and structural work.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including technical writing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
• Self‑motivated with strong leadership and time‑management skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites at least every other week.
