Electrical Foreman – Supervise Electrical Installations

About the role

Spark Power Corp USA is looking for an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead the installation and maintenance of electrical systems for industrial, commercial, and institutional customers in the Atlanta area. The role combines hands‑on technical work, project supervision, and safety leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise a variety of electrical construction, maintenance, and service projects.
• Install electrical components such as panels, wiring, junction boxes, devices, terminations, and lighting.
• Inspect crew work to ensure compliance with codes, specifications, and quality standards.
• Communicate with customers to gather requirements, develop plans, and ensure successful project completion.
• Prepare reports for branch staff and make decisions with minimal supervision.

Required profile

• 5+ years of electrical experience in industrial, commercial, or institutional settings.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and ability to lead by example.
• Excellent communication skills with both team members and customers.
• Ability to travel as needed for project work.

Required skills

• Troubleshooting complex industrial electrical installations.
• Instrumentation and controls knowledge.
• OSHA 10 certification (preferred).
• Working knowledge of NFPA/NEC electrical codes.
• Blueprint and wiring diagram reading.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
