Electrical Foreman

About the role

Spark Power Corp USA is looking for an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead the installation, maintenance and service of electrical systems for industrial, commercial and institutional customers in the Dallas‑Fort Worth area. The role combines hands‑on technical work with supervision of crews, safety leadership and customer communication.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise electrical construction, maintenance and service projects, ensuring compliance with NFPA, NEC and customer specifications.
• Install and terminate panels, wiring, junction boxes, devices, lighting and other components.
• Inspect crew work for quality and craftsmanship, performing quality‑assurance checks.
• Communicate with customers to gather requirements, develop plans and keep them informed throughout the project.
• Prepare reports and relay information to branch staff.
• Make decisions with minimal supervision based on code knowledge and experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of electrical experience in industrial, commercial or institutional settings.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex industrial installations.
• Familiarity with instrumentation and controls.
• OSHA 10 certification is a plus.
• Strong ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Excellent communication skills with both team members and customers.
