Electrical Engineer I – 2027 Development Rotation Program (Gloucester, MA)

About the role

The Fusion Engineer Development Rotation Program is a two‑year, on‑site training track for recent Electrical Engineering graduates. Participants rotate through multiple semiconductor equipment teams, gaining hands‑on experience with cutting‑edge technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement and assembly of electrical/electronic components and identify critical parts.
• Design or modify electrical assemblies, layouts, schematics and detailed drawings under supervision.
• Perform basic engineering analysis and generate test reports.
• Create alpha/gamma documentation for product releases and troubleshoot basic electrical problems.

Required profile

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering (or related field) with GPA ≥3.0.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and judgment based on multiple information sources.
• Flexibility, adaptability and ability to work in a results‑driven environment.
• Previous internship or related experience and demonstrated leadership.
