EHS Data Manager

About the role

Moog is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Data Manager to lead its EHS data strategy and support data‑driven decision making across the company. The role combines environmental expertise with advanced data engineering to ensure reliable, timely reporting and analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain scalable data pipelines and models for EHS reporting and analytics.
• Collect, integrate and analyze EHS data from multiple sources into centralized platforms.
• Establish data quality checks, validation processes and governance standards.
• Develop and automate dashboards and reports using Power BI and Azure tools.
• Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to optimise data architecture and cloud solutions (Azure, Databricks).
• Support advanced analytics, trend identification and predictive insights to improve EHS performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, environmental science or a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience with SQL, Python and ETL processes.
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing, data lake/lakehouse and data modeling concepts.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure Databricks; Power BI and Azure Data Factory a plus.
• Proven analytical and problem‑solving abilities and capacity to communicate insights to non‑technical stakeholders.
