EHS Analyst Co‑Op

About the role

The EHS Analyst Co‑Op will support the Environmental, Health & Safety team through data analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. This full‑time, 40‑hour per week position runs from January to December 2027 in San Lorenzo, PR.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze EHS data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations tracking metrics such as Good Saves, Incident Investigations, and CAPAs.
• Identify trends to support proactive safety measures and risk reduction.
• Collaborate with EHS, Operations, and Management teams to provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Assist with EHS audits, inspections, compliance activities, and updating Job Safety Analyses (JSAs).

Required profile

• Completed freshman year at an accredited university.
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Physics, or related technical field.
• Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Knowledge of Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Experience analyzing data and creating dashboards (preferred).
