About the role

The Education Talent Advisor will partner with schools and educational institutions in Volusia County to attract, develop, and retain top talent. You will play a key role in shaping a positive employee experience and driving performance across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute strategies that boost employee engagement, creativity, development, and performance.
• Lead programs focused on redeployment, retention, skill improvement, and clear communication.
• Communicate safety policies, standard methodologies, and updates to talent.
• Identify and implement process improvements based on feedback and engagement scores.
• Maintain operational efficiency and deliver high‑quality services that meet customer needs.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of HR and staffing practices, including onboarding, off‑boarding, talent management, employment law, and contract language.
• Proven ability to build and maintain internal and external business relationships.
• Results‑oriented, detail‑focused, and able to thrive in a constantly evolving environment.
• Effective communication skills across multiple management levels.
