About the role

Kelly is seeking an Education Recruiter to support our clients in Volusia County, FL. You will act as a brand ambassador, develop recruiting strategies, and manage the full‑cycle hiring process for educational positions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement recruiting strategies to meet fulfillment goals.
• Represent the Kelly brand with clients, community outreach organizations, and educational centers.
• Handle full‑cycle recruitment and onboarding for the assigned area.
• Attend scheduled job fairs and recruiting events.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 + year experience in recruiting, onboarding, or human resources.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer‑service orientation.
• Valid United States driver’s license in good standing.
• Willingness to travel up to 30 % locally for hiring, recruiting, and event activities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
