About the role

Kelly is seeking an Education Recruiter to join its talent acquisition team in Bloomington, MN. You will help connect qualified candidates with educational and community partners, supporting the company’s mission to change lives through the right hires.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in designing, developing, and implementing recruiting strategies to meet fulfillment goals.
• Act as a Kelly brand ambassador by building relationships with clients, community outreach groups, and educational centers.
• Manage full‑cycle recruitment and onboarding for the assigned region.
• Represent Kelly at job fairs, recruiting events, and other talent‑focused activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruiting, onboarding, or human resources.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer‑service orientation.
• Valid United States driver’s license in good standing.
• Willingness to travel up to 30 % locally for hiring and recruiting events.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
