Education Recruiter – Aiken, SC

About the role

Kelly is seeking an Education Recruiter to support schools and educational organizations in Aiken, SC. You will design and execute recruiting strategies, act as a brand ambassador, and manage full‑cycle recruitment and onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the design, development, and implementation of recruiting strategies to meet fulfillment goals.
• Represent the Kelly brand by building relationships with clients, community outreach groups, and educational centers.
• Handle full‑cycle recruitment and onboarding for the assigned region.
• Attend scheduled job fairs and recruiting events.

Required profile

• 2+ years of recruiting, onboarding, or human resources experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer‑service focus with a valid United States driver’s license.
• Ability to travel up to 50% locally for hiring, recruiting, and event activities.
• Hybrid onsite work arrangement at a local Kelly office or client location.
