Education Client Manager – Delaware Territory

About the role

The Education Client Manager will serve as the primary liaison for schools and districts across Delaware, ensuring their staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively. This virtual position requires strong relationship‑building skills and the ability to coordinate with internal recruiters and external clients.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for client accounts, developing and maintaining strategic relationships.
• Coordinate and manage the placement of educational staff for schools, districts, and other educational organizations.
• Collaborate with recruiters to ensure timely fulfillment of staffing requirements and high client satisfaction.
• Proactively resolve any staffing or service delivery issues, consistently meeting or exceeding client expectations.
• Track, report, and analyze account performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

Required profile

• 2+ years of high‑level client account management or operations experience in staffing, HR, or a related industry.
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to travel locally up to 30% and hold a valid US driver’s license in good standing.
• Residency within a 45‑minute drive to Delaware, with flexibility to travel throughout the state.
