Education Account Manager (Onsite)

About the role

Kelly Education is seeking an on‑site Education Account Manager to serve as the primary partner for a school district in Malvern, PA. You will lead the management of a large paraeducator workforce supporting special‑education programs while building strong relationships with district leaders and administrators.

Key responsibilities

• Act as Kelly Education’s main on‑site liaison, cultivating relationships with district leaders, school administrators, and key stakeholders.
• Oversee day‑to‑day management, engagement, performance, and retention of a sizable paraeducator workforce.
• Conduct workplace observations, provide coaching, complete performance evaluations, and address attendance or performance issues in partnership with internal and district teams.
• Collaborate with recruiting and talent teams to attract, onboard, train, and retain qualified paraeducators, maintaining a strong talent pipeline.
• Monitor program performance, workforce trends, client needs, and market conditions; use data insights to identify opportunities and improve outcomes.
• Manage account responsibilities including client reporting, business reviews, compliance, financial awareness, and support for special‑education summer or ESY programs.
• Identify growth opportunities to expand services and introduce additional Kelly Education solutions.
• Work cross‑functionally to deliver a seamless client and talent experience.

Required profile

• Experience working in, supporting, or partnering with special‑education programs or environments (e.g., special educator, paraeducator, school administrator).
• Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, supervising, or managing a workforce or team of employees.
• Strong ability to build relationships with district leaders and school staff.
• Proven track record of using data and insights to solve problems and improve program outcomes.
