About the role

As an Education Account Manager based in Independence, MO, you will serve as the primary liaison for schools, districts and other educational organizations, ensuring their staffing needs are met efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for client accounts, building strong relationships and understanding staffing requirements.
• Coordinate and manage placement of educational staff for schools and districts.
• Collaborate with recruiters to guarantee timely fulfillment of staffing requests and maintain client satisfaction.
• Proactively resolve any issues related to staffing or service delivery.
• Track, report and analyze account performance to identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of high‑level client account management or operations experience in staffing, HR or a related field.
• Proven ability to create and maintain strategic client relationships.
• Valid US driver’s license and willingness to travel locally up to 20 %.
• Availability to work onsite at the local office Monday‑Friday, 7 am‑5 pm CST.
