About the role

The Education Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for educational client accounts in Austin, MN, building strong relationships and ensuring their staffing needs are met.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison for client accounts, understanding and addressing their staffing requirements.
• Coordinate and manage placement of teachers and other educational staff for schools and districts.
• Collaborate with recruiters to deliver timely staffing solutions and maintain client satisfaction.
• Proactively resolve any service delivery issues and exceed client expectations.
• Track, report, and analyze account performance, identifying opportunities for growth.

Required profile

• Proven ability to create and maintain high‑level strategic client relationships.
• At least 2 years of client account management and operations experience in staffing, HR, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of people‑leadership experience.
• Willingness to travel locally up to 20 % and hold a valid US driver’s license.
