Economic Mobility Partnerships Manager – Career Pathways

About the role

Anthropic’s Beneficial Deployments team is looking for a Partnerships Manager to lead its Economic Mobility initiatives. You will own the Claude Corps fellowship program and expand talent‑developer partnerships that help workers acquire AI‑focused skills.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Claude Corps end‑to‑end, from cohort launches to host‑organization pipelines, coordination with CodePath, measurement, and open‑source playbook creation.
• Develop and close tier‑1 partnerships with talent developers, workforce organizations, and public‑sector partners, overseeing scoping, deployment, measurement, and scaling.
• Deploy AI Fluency and Claude fluency workforce development offerings for states, cities, and regional partners.
• Orchestrate cross‑functional collaboration with Anthropic Academy, Economic Research, Applied AI, Policy, Communications, GTM, and external funders and agencies.
• Research program impact, document best practices, and share replicable models with the broader workforce community.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large‑scale partnership or program initiatives, preferably in education, workforce development, or nonprofit sectors.
• Strong ability to operate in ambiguous environments, build new programs, and scale successful pilots.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a track record of securing tier‑1 collaborations.
• Passion for AI ethics, economic mobility, and creating inclusive pathways for under‑served communities.
