eCommerce Operations Manager

About the role

Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is looking for an eCommerce Operations Manager to drive digital commerce performance and ensure a seamless online customer experience. Based in New York, this hybrid position will oversee daily e‑commerce operations, manage vendor relationships, and use data‑driven insights to improve efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end e‑commerce workflows, from order placement through delivery and returns.
• Oversee order management, fulfillment, inventory, and customer‑service processes.
• Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external technology, logistics, fulfillment, and customer‑service partners.
• Support platform enhancements, system integrations, testing, and ongoing operational improvements.
• Maintain accurate product, pricing, inventory, and customer data across e‑commerce systems.
• Track and analyze performance metrics related to sales, fulfillment, and customer experience.
• Develop reports and insights to aid leadership decision‑making.
• Partner with merchandising, marketing, finance, retail, technology, and operations teams.
• Manage vendor performance, resolve operational issues, and drive timely resolutions.
• Identify and implement process‑streamlining opportunities to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in e‑commerce operations, digital commerce, or related functions.
• Experience in luxury fashion, retail, or consumer products preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities with a focus on actionable insights.
• Excellent project‑management, organizational, and stakeholder‑management skills.

What we offer

• Competitive salary range of $90,000 – $100,000 per year.
