ECAD Solutions Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced ECAD Solutions Consultant to lead customer deployments of our XPLM CAD‑to‑PLM integration solutions. The consultant will work independently and with other consultants to deliver workshops, implementations, and proof‑of‑concepts that connect electrical design data with product lifecycle management systems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical implementation teams through all phases of solution deployment.
• Facilitate workshops, develop requirements, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Transform customer requirements into technical solutions using the XPLM tool suite.
• Prepare and present proposals, statements of work, and proof‑of‑concept engagements.
• Provide methodology input, mentor team members, and ensure quality of deliverables.
• Collaborate with onsite and offshore technical resources.

Required profile

• Proven ability to interact professionally with customers and internal teams.
• Self‑directed work style with minimal supervision.
• Experience with large‑scale enterprise application deployments in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong written communication for requirements, SOW, specifications, and use cases.
• Project management accountability for end‑to‑end delivery.
• Excellent planning, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Highly organized, self‑motivated and able to manage multiple concurrent projects.
