Early Career Technology Intern – Investment

About the role

Join Invesco’s Fixed Income Global Technology team for a 9‑week summer internship starting June 2027. You will work alongside professionals in an Agile environment, gaining hands‑on experience in developing software solutions for the firm’s global fixed‑income business.

Key responsibilities

• Learn Invesco’s business model, investment strategies, and technology landscape.
• Participate in meetings, shadow end‑to‑end technology solutions, and contribute to project work across business analysis, application development, and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in the U.S., U.K., and India to improve system performance and client experience.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program, junior year, graduating by summer 2028.
• Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and technical abilities with attention to detail.
• Authorized to work permanently in the U.S.; must be able to work onsite in Atlanta.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Intermediate knowledge of Python, SQL, or Power BI (preferred).
