E-Commerce Salsify Syndication Specialist

About the role

The E‑Commerce Salsify Syndication Specialist drives end‑to‑end product content syndication across Nestlé USA’s digital commerce ecosystem, ensuring accurate, timely and retailer‑compliant delivery of product information and assets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage syndication across 90+ retailer, marketplace and content service provider channels using Salsify, Syndigo and custom integrations.
• Configure, maintain and optimize syndication connections, ensuring product data, images and enhanced content meet retailer specifications.
• Validate item readiness, conduct quality audits and resolve upstream data issues before syndication.
• Optimize syndicated content for discoverability and conversion, applying retailer‑specific rules for titles, descriptions, taxonomy and A+ content.
• Lead troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis and issue resolution for failed deliveries, rejections and system integration challenges.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Supply Chain, eCommerce or related field.
• 3+ years of experience with Salsify, PIM/PXM platforms or digital content syndication in a CPG or retail environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Salsify platform expertise and product information management.
• API integrations, data mapping, transformation logic and automated workflow tools.
• Experience with Syndigo, GDSN, FTP processes and master data governance.
